The Baan Taling Ngam Resort & Spa gives new meaning to the concept of relaxation.
Located on one of Thailand's most sought out vacation spots, the resort is built on 22 acres of landscaped grounds surrounded by lush coconut plantations on Koh Samui. Guests can choose from over 70 rooms and villas from ones on cascading hillsides with breathtaking views, to private villas on the white sandy beach of the island.

The resort is presented in an elegant Thai style with all the latest modern amenities and services, including fine dining restaurants and bars, a state-of-the-art spa, and a variety of water sports activities. Exquisitely comfortable, large beds directly face the sea, so you can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Gulf of Thailand from the moment you awaken, and relish the incomparable sunset in the evening. The spacious and luxuriously appointed guest rooms, suites and villas are decorated in a rich traditional Thai style and are fully equipped with all the modern amenities that our guests can enjoy. Spread across tropically landscaped grounds, a variety of generously sized guest rooms are available throughout the resort, ranging from the Ocean View Room (67 sqm.) to the three bedroom villas (320 sqm.)

Most rooms and villas are located on the cliff side offering stunning views of the shoreline and surrounding seas, whilst a limited number of villas are also available along the shoreline of the resort offering both easy access to the beach and spectacular beachfront views.

Located on the main building overlooking turquoise ocean, the Ocean View Room (67 sqm.) features polished teak wood floors, rich Thai cotton decorations and exquisite Siamese art, including a spacious balcony with a daybed and dining area.

More like a private residence rather than a resort, our free standing thatched roof villas are nestled into the hillside secretly contained within a walled tropical garden. One, two or three bedroom villas offer an expansive area of 210 - 320 square meters of indoor space. An on call personal "Mae Baan" (Private Housekeeper) is provided upon request.

• Each villa includes a private sundeck and is accessible to an adjoining shared pool among 5 villas.

While similar in layout, location and features as the Cliff Villas, the Panoramic View Villas offer spectacular ocean views overlooking the famous five islands nearby. Located on the beach overlooking the azure sea with the white sandy beach at an arm's reach, each stand alone one or two bed room Beach Front Villa features a large living area with its own private kitchen. The king sized master bedroom and the twin bed optional bedroom come with their own en suite bathrooms, large enough to accommodate friends and family vacationing together. Locate on the highest point of the resort, guest can enjoy all day long an al fresco dining and International cuisine prepared by the resort's top chefs in a luxuriously relaxing atmosphere at Lom Talay.

Baan Taling Ngam Resort & Spa is located in the exclusive enclave of Taling Ngam on the west coast of Koh Samui, yet only a 45 minute car journey from Koh Samui International Airport at the north east corner of the island.
