A: There are wild dogs around Koh Samui and have been breeding uncontrolled for years. An organized effort has been in place for a while now to treat the sick ones, and to control the population.Good progress is being made.However if you are bitten, see a doctor immediately.

Q. I have a severe case of diarrhea. Could it be serious?
A: Most likely not, however a visit to a doctor or a clinic is the correct thing to do, if only to reassure yourself. They can prescribe effective medication that will ease your discomfort within hours.Drink plenty of fluids.
