Terms & Conditions
Rental and booking terms.
To make a booking we will require a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total rental cost (unless a lesser percent has been agreed) sent by bank transfer in order to secure your booking with the balance paid 30 days prior to arrival.
All prices quoted include taxes and fees. Payment is to be made by bank transfer .
An inventory or breakage deposit is required to protect against possible damage to the property, this will be given back to you on departure.
Prices include airport transfer, linen change, maid service, electric/water, pool & garden service, welcome pack and a mobile phone with pre-paid chip. Use of the residents gymnasium, 7 days a week for all guests over 16 years old.
Discounts and offers,(earlybird, longer lets and late deals) subject to group and availability can be arranged.
Cancellation and refund.
If cancellation is made by you a refund will only be given if an alternative booking can be made for the said period. If we are unable to rebook the villa the deposit will be with held for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing.
Once the final balance is received – 8 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply.
If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these villas
Cancellation by us.
In the unlikely event that it is necessary to make an alteration to or cancel the villa specified, we will inform you as soon as possible and, if requested, we will try to arrange alternative holiday accommodation of a similar type and standard and in a similar location as this originally requested. If the alternative holiday accommodation is not acceptable, we will refund in full all monies paid and shall be under no other liability.
